PC Payroll & Pension services

  • Registering you as an employer for PAYE with HM Revenue & Customs (“HMRC”)

  • Liaising with HMRC and answering all letters and phone calls from HMRC on your behalf

  • Calculating gross pay from net pay or net pay from gross pay

  • Providing monthly or weekly payslips

  • Providing details and full payment guidance in respect of all tax and NI payments to HMRC to allow tax and NI payments to be paid directly by you monthly/quarterly

  • Dealing with any maternity pay and reclaim

  • Calculating holiday entitlements

  • Manage statuary payments (sick pay and maternity pay)

  • Providing telephone support and advice

  • Providing P45 and P60s when required

  • Submitting Annual Returns

  • Claiming for small employer’s relief, if applicable

  • Arrange pension deductions

  • Send corresponding pension letters

  • Set up monthly direct debit with pension provider

How We Work

The PC Payroll & Legal team are highly experienced in running payroll on behalf of a variety of clients. You will be allocated an account manager who will look after your payroll and workplace pension needs. They will be on hand to help with calculations, make amends to your arrangements and provide you with access your payslips and HMRC forms. They will also be your liaison point for HMRC when required.
